The U.S. Trade and Development Agency has selected 3E Consulting LLC, working in cooperation with Emerging Markets Infrastructure LLC, to perform a Definitional Mission (DM) to identify clean energy and low carbon development projects in China.  Cimperium’s Pamela Peseux will assist the team with project identification, US company outreach and evaluations.  The purpose of the Mission is to identify, evaluate, and recommend projects for future USTDA funded technical assistance and feasibility studies.
